Jane Frankland is an award-winning entrepreneur, international speaker and best-selling author. Lisa Forte, Winner of the Top 100 Women In Tech Award and partner at Red Goat Cyber Security will be running this fun and entertaining masterclass.

Lisa actually gained her LLB and LLM before moving into cyber security. She knows the challenges the legal sector face well. Lisa worked for one of the UK Police Cyber Crime Units. Lisa left in 2017 to start her own company, Red Goat Cyber Security LLP. Red Goat provide NCSC certified cyber security training for lawyers and staff as well as helping organisations prepare for a cyber-attack through the use of wargaming.

Lisa has run a wealth of cyber attack exercises for CNI, ports, hospitals, banks and many other organisations around the world. She has gained a reputation for creating highly immersive cyber attack exercises to put crisis management teams to the test. Lisa firmly believes in rehearsing for any disruptive event and exercises give teams a “safe place to make mistakes”.

Lisa is a highly sought after professional speaker and has been featured in documentary films, frequently commenting in news reports and co-founded the Cyber Volunteers 19 group who provided pro-bono support to hospitals around Europe during the pandemic.

Mo is one of McAfee’s passionate leaders in cyber security. As a Principle Engineer and at McAfee, Mo inspires our next generation security professionals, helps drive company technical strategy and advises our largest global customers on cyber security strategy and business resilience.

Mo’s passion is to change the way we think about, measure and operate security systems. With that passion and over 20 years of experience, Mo leads our global solution architect program as well as development efforts in security effectiveness testing, value measurement, and integrated security system design. In previous roles at McAfee, Mo was the Chief Security Officer for the Global Public Sector and just prior to joining the company, lead a large Computer Security Incident Response Team detecting and investigating sophisticated cyber threats across the world.

Karl is a Director, focusing on Cyber Security within EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Strategy and Execution (TSE) team based in London. Karl specializes in cross-sector deal advisory services for Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies.

Karl has over 17 years’ experience in Information and Cyber Security in the legal sector, Big 4 consulting and Defence.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Full Member of the Institute for Information Security Professionals and a Member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.

Ayala leads Tessian’s work with UK and European law firms – she works with IT Directors, Heads of Compliance and DPOs to prevent accidental data loss and spear phishing attacks. Previously, Ayala led Tessian’s growth in the Australian and Nordic legal sectors.

She has also studied and worked in law where she witnessed the volume of sensitive client information processed by email.
