Claire Williams OBE is the former Deputy Team Principal of the Williams Formula One racing team, one of the sport’s most successful teams. As the daughter of Sir Frank Williams, Claire grew up immersed in F1 and played a pivotal role in leading the team from 2013 to 2020.

Under her leadership, Williams achieved consecutive third-place finishes in the Constructors’ Championship and became a champion for diversity in motorsport, notably supporting initiatives like Dare to be Different and promoting opportunities for women and individuals with spinal injuries.

Claire began her career in motorsport communications and rose through the ranks to oversee commercial operations and investor relations. After stepping down in 2020, she became an Ambassador for WAE Technologies, focusing on sustainable innovation, and continues her advocacy work with the Spinal Injuries Association.

She was awarded an OBE in 2016 for her services to Formula One and named Esquire’s International Woman of the Year in 2015.
