Chris Bull
Principal – Interim COO
Chris Bull is a management consultant, retained advisor, thought leader and speaker focused on the legal services sector. Throughout his career he has consistently been a pioneer of alternative business models and transformation in the sector. His roles include COO and Chief Executive at mould-breaking law firm Osborne Clarke, COO for Europe and the Americas at Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) Integreon, and working for all of the Big 4 accounting firms. He advised on a series of high-profile ABS launches in the UK for clients, following the reform of the legal market, including KPMG and LegalZoom.
His legal consulting career stretches back to 2011 and he has advised multiple law firms and other professional service organisations in the UK, Europe, North America and Asia as part of Edge International’s strategy consulting team.
Chris has become one of the busiest speakers, panellists and chairs at legal business and innovation events. He is a judge for many leading legal sector awards, including the British Legal Technology Awards and Modern Law Awards. He chairs the Legal COO Network and in 2018 co-founded Bristol+BathLegalTech. He is the author of ‘The Agile Law Firm’ (2021) and previous publications include ‘The Legal Process Toolkit’ and ‘Law Firms in the Digital Age’.
In 2025 Chris has taken up exciting new roles with global legal coaching company Coaching Advocates and with media and entertainment law firm Wiggin as their Interim COO.

Lucia Elizalde-Bulanti

Lucía Elizalde-Bulanti is a seasoned lawyer with nearly 25 years of experience in top-tier regional and international law firms across Latin America and Europe, as well as serving as General Counsel for a financial multilateral organization. A few years ago, she decided to switch career gears and combine behavioral science with her extensive legal expertise to spearhead global initiatives aimed at transforming traditional mindsets and behaviors in lawyers and legal professionals to foster individual growth.
Lucía has led Dechert’s acclaimed Innovation Certification Program (ICP) and launched Dechert Innovation Foundations (DIF), which focuses on addressing business challenges through behavioral change, disruptive thinking and creative problem-solving. She has also headed futurecasting, strategy-setting, radical and prospective thinking workshops across global offices. Recently, she has concentrated on designing innovative collaborative experiences with clients and on developing a Behavioral Change Program (BCP) centered on behavioral science for legal industry professionals. Her groundbreaking approach to legal innovation earned her the “Innovative Leader in Private Practice” award at Legal Week’s Women, Influence & Power in Law UK Awards 2024.
Lucía holds a law degree from her native Uruguay, a Master’s in Business Law from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, and an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College London. She is currently pursuing an Executive Master’s in Behavioral Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has authored over 15 academic papers and has been honoured as a Chevening Scholar (United Kingdom) and a Fundación Carolina Scholar (Spain).
