With more than 20 years of experience, Cheryl brings a rare perspective shaped by working on nearly every side of the technology business. She’s been the buyer, the builder, the seller, and the person responsible for making it all work.
Her career spans leading innovation at major law firms, launching and scaling technology companies, and founding her own consulting firm, which was acquired in 2024. She holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Purdue University, a Professional Certificate in Venture Capital from the NVCA, and professional certifications in project management (PMP) and European information privacy (CIPP/E)
Today, she draws on that experience to help law firms, corporate legal teams, technology companies, and investors translate technological opportunities into meaningful business results.
