LegalTech Talks – Hosted live 11th November 2025 at 14:30 (GMT).
As legal AI moves from pilots to widespread practice, a new challenge emerges; how to embed AI as a trusted, scalable, and sustainable part of firm culture and operations. Agentic AI is unlocking new capabilities, but it also forces firms to confront practical questions around transparency, responsibility, and human oversight.
In this session, we’ll move beyond the early excitement to focus on what’s needed to scale and sustain AI adoption—strategically, confidently, and with long-term value in mind.
Topics Explored
- Trustworthy AI in practice: What does it mean for firms to adopt AI in ways that build internal confidence and transparency?
- The psychology of sustained change: Once the hype fades, how can firms maintain momentum? What role do behavioural science and internal belief systems play in long-term adoption?
- From initiative to infrastructure: How are firms embedding AI into workflows, client-facing work, and operational models? And how are they measuring success?
- Emerging leadership roles: Who owns AI in the firm? We’ll look at how roles like Legal Ops, Innovation Heads, and cross-functional AI councils are evolving to lead the charge.
